Situation
A returning client whose online store had stopped working properly, running physical retail events on a separate stock count. Two systems, one inventory, no connection between them — which means overselling online and guessing at events.
What I did
Rebuilt the storefront end to end on WordPress and WooCommerce, then built a POS synced directly to the website inventory so in-store events and the online shop draw from one number in real time.
Outcome
E-commerce restored and working, and the gap between physical retail and the online storefront closed — one stock count across both.
